ARTISTS WALLPAPER

A hand drawn design that is a variation on the herringbone pattern and a squiggle with loose thick pencil lines laid down very fast to show the energy put into drawing it. From a distance the design looks like a series of squiggly lines but up close the detail and energy is apparent. The design is intended to be an excellent backdrop to hang art and mirrors upon. It’s available in a series of natural colour ways used by artists; graphite (pencil), sanguine (the pigment containing iron oxide used by artists such as da Vinci, Michelangelo & Raphael in a clay format, amongst others) and indigo (Picasso, Kandinsky, Katsushika Hokusai and Yves Klein).
