BREAKFRONT WARDROBE

Large scale pieces of furniture need room to breathe and express themselves. I believe in freestanding wardrobes so they are not a blank, fitted face. This wardrobe is based on the shape of a classical breakfront bookcase but in the minimal style with flush metal details such as handles, feet and hinges. The legs continue into the side panels giving a very clean, minimal look. The flat faces allow for a highly patterned veneer finish. The wild grain of the Tamo wood contrasts with the minimal design and construction. The interior is constructed from cedar wood which has natural properties to discourage moths.
